Our support services are free to all, regardless of your circumstances. However, as we are a charity, please consider making a donation if you are able to.

Are you struggling to access a referral to secondary care?
Are you struggling with accessing genetic testing?
Are you struggling to access support in education or employment?
Whatever you are struggling with, you can book a 1:1 Virtual Consultation with us.
Action Plans
During a consultation with you, we will create an action plan of next steps. This allows support to be better coordinated.
Supporting Letters
Following a consultation and action plan, we may be able to provide supporting letters to you via email. Please note, we require you to complete a consent form under the General Data Protection Regulations (2018). You may want a supporting letter for the following reasons:
- Access to referrals
