About Us

RACC-UK is a UK-wide charity dedicated to supporting people and families living with rare autoinflammatory conditions. Founded in 2019 by Rachel Rimmer from her own experience of living with a rare autoinflammatory condition, we understand how isolating and overwhelming the journey to diagnosis, treatment and ongoing care can be. Our aim is simple: to make sure no one has to navigate that journey alone.

We provide personalised support, information and practical guidance to patients, families and carers, while working to raise awareness and improve understanding of autoinflammatory conditions. Through education, advocacy, collaboration and a strong patient community, we strive to give people a voice, connect them with the right support and help improve their quality of life. At RACC-UK, we believe that every experience matters – and together, we can create a more informed, connected and supportive future for everyone affected by these conditions.
